Applicants must fall within the following Field of Membership

The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

1. Employees, doctors, medical staff, & technicians of United Health Services Inc., and its affiliates which include United Health Services Hospitals, Ideal Senior Living Center, Ideal Senior Living Center Housing Corporation, United Home Health, Family Care Centers, Binghamton, Johnson City, Candor, Windsor, Deposit, Pathway Health Management, who work in or are paid from Binghamton, Johnson City, or Endicott, New York & Volunteers who work at United Health Services, Inc.
2. Employees of Tier Orthopedic Associates, P.C. who work in Binghamton, NY
3. Employees of Plastic Surgeons of Southern Tier, P.C. who work in Binghamton, NY
4. Employees of Guthrie Clinic who work in Vestal or Maine, NY
5. Employees of United Med. Management, or United Medical Associates, P.C., subsidiaries of United Health Services, Inc., Who work and are paid from Johnson City, NY 
6. Employees of Aramark, who work at United Health Services, Inc., facilities in Broome County, New York.
7. Employees of Morris Protective Services, Inc., who work at United Health Services facilities in Broome County, New York
8. Employees of Sodexho Health Care Services who work at United Health Services, Inc., facilities in Broome County, New York
9.  Employees of Diabetic Care Associates who in, or are paid or supervised from Binghamton, New York
10. Employees of Park Avenue Associates in Radiology, PC/d/b/a Southern Tier Imaging
11. Employees of Broome Nurse Practitioners, PC 
12. Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from any of the above employment 
13. Members of the immediate family or household of any current member of this credit union.
    1. Immediate family is defined as any spouse, child, sibling or parent and  any “grand” or “step” version of the proceeding, of a current member Foster children do also qualify.
    2. Household member is defined as a person living in the same residence of a current member maintaining a single economic unit. It includes “any person who is a permanent member of, and participates in the maintenance of, the household and contemplates or intends some permanency and not someone who is visiting for a short period (therefore includes live-in caretakers/nannies, etc.)
14. Spouses of Persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union
15. Employees of this credit union
16. Organizations composed of members of this credit union and/or persons within the field of Membership of this credit union.
17. Any corporate or legal entity listed above.
